• Energy Arc in exile
• Skilled Animator in hand

Steps

1. Cast Skilled Animator by paying
2. Skilled Animator enters the battlefield, targeting Isochron Scepter, causing it to become an artifact creature until end of turn
3. Activate creatures you control by tapping those, adding
4. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Energy Arc without paying its mana cost, untapping all creatures
5. Repeat from step 3

Results

• Infinite mana creatures you control can produce
• Infinite storm count
