• Isochron Scepter on the battlefield
• Vizier of Tumbling Sands on the battlefield
• Energy Arc in hand

Steps

1. Activate any number of creatures by tapping them, adding at least
2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Energy Arc without paying its mana cost
3. Resolve Energy Arc, untapping all creatures you control Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, untapping Isochron Scepter
4. Repeat
