Steps

1. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, targeting Clever Conjurer
2. If Vizier of Tumbling Sands has Hawkeye's Bow attached to it, Hawkeye's Bow triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
3. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbling Sands ability, untapping Clever Conjurer
4. Activate Clever Conjurer by tapping it, targeting Vizier of Tumbling Sands
5. If Clever Conjurer has Hawkeye's Bow attached to it, Hawkeye's Bow triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
6. Resolve the Clever Conjurer ability, untapping Vizier of Tumbling Sands
7. Repeat
