Prerequisites

• Escape Protocol on the battlefield
• Vizier of Tumbling Sands in hand
• New Perspectives on the battlefield
• Elvish Regrower on the battlefield
• You have at least seven cards in hand
• You control a mana-producing permanent

Steps

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands' cycling ability by paying and discarding it due to New Perspectives
3. Escape Protocol and Vizier of Tumbling Sands trigger
4. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbing Sands trigger, untapping a mana-producing permanent
5. Reoslve the Escape Protocol trigger, blinking Elvish Regrower
6. When Elvish Regrower enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Vizier of Tumbing Sands from your graveyard to your hand
7. Resolve the cycling ability from step 2, causing you to draw a card
8. Repeat
