• Vizier of Tumbling Sands on the battlefield
• Kelpie Guide and Vizier of Tumbling Sands do not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Kelpie Guide by tapping it, targeting Vizier of Tumbling Sands
2. Kelpie Guide triggers, causing you to loot
3. Resolve the Kelpie Guide ability, untapping Vizier of Tumbling Sands
4. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, targeting Kelpie Guide
5. Vizier of Tumbling Sands triggers, causing you to loot
6. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbling Sands ability, untapping Kelpie Guide
7. Repeat
