Steps
- Activate Coretapper's first ability by tapping it, putting a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter
- Activate Coretapper's second ability by sacrificing it
- Fool's Demise goes to the graveyard from the battlefield as a state-based action
- Both of Fool's Demises triggered abilities trigger
- Resolve Fool's Demise's first triggered ability, returning Coretapper from your graveyard to the battlefield
- Resolve Fool's Demise second triggered ability, returning it from your graveyard to your hand
- Resolve Coretapper's ability from step 2, putting two charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter
- Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, taking an extra turn after this one
