• Woodland Champion on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Ghave has at least one +1/+1 counters on it

Steps

1. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from Ghave, creating a 1/1 Saproling token
2. When Saproling token enters the battlefield, Woodland Champion triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Saproling token, adding
4. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from Woodland Champion, creating a 1/1 Saproling token
5. Repeat from step 2
