• Eligeth, Crossroads Augur on the battlefield
• Mind Over Matter on the battlefield
• You have at least one card in hand
• You control a mana-producing permanent

Steps

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, tapping target creature an opponent controls
3. Hylda of the Icy Crown triggers, causing you to pay to draw three cards due to Eligeth
4. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent
5. Repeat
6. You may also repeat this loop during each turn
