Prerequisites

• Blightsteel Colossus on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Metamorph in your graveyard
• Wire Surgeons on the battlefield
• Opponents are unable to block creatures you control

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Metamorph's encore ability by paying and exiling it, causing you to create a token copy with haste for each opponent you have
2. Choose to have each Phyrexian Metamorph token enter the battlefield as a copy of Blightsteel Colossus
3. Deal combat damage to each opponent using a Phyrexian Metamorph token, causing each opponent to get eleven poison counters
4. Each opponent loses the game due to having ten or more poison counters
