Prerequisites

• Rakka Mar on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Earthcraft on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff attached to Rakka Mar
• You control at least one basic Mountain

Steps

1. Activate a basic Mountain by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Rakka Mar by paying and tapping it, creating a 3/1 Elemental creature token with haste
3. Activate Earthcraft by tapping the Elemental, untapping the Mountain
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Elemental
5. When the Elemental dies, Rakka Mar triggers, untapping Rakka Mar
6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Elemental's power
7. Repeat
