Steps

1. Activate Rakka Mar by paying and tapping it, creating a 3/1 Elemental creature token with haste
2. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing the Elemental
3. When the Elemental dies, Rakka Mar and Pitiless Plunderer trigger
4. Resolve the Rakka Mar trigger, untapping it
5. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token
6. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
7. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
8. Repeat
