Steps

1. Cast Worldfire, exiling all permanents, all cards in all hands and graveyards, and setting each player's life total to one
2. Oblivion Ring triggers, returning Cauldron Familiar from exile to the battlefield
3. Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, losing each opponent 1 life and you to gain 1 life
