Steps

1. Activate Words of Wilding by paying , replacing your next card draw with creating a 2/2 Bear creature token
2. Draw a card, creating a 2/2 Bear creature token instead
3. The Bear token enters the battlefield, triggering Dire Undercurrents' first ability
4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Bear token, adding
5. Activate Words of Wilding by paying , replacing your next card draw with creating a 2/2 Bear creature token
6. Resolve the Dire Undercurrents trigger from step 3, creating a 2/2 Bear creature token
7. Repeat from step 3
