• Hope Tender on the battlefield
• Simic Growth Chamber on the battlefield
• Hope Tender does not have summoning sickness
• Freed from the Real attached to Hope Tender
• You control an additional land that can tap for mana

Steps

1. Activate Simic Growth Chamber by tapping it, adding
2. Activate your additional land by tapping it, adding
3. Activate Hope Tender's last ability by paying , tapping it, and exerting it, untapping Simic Growth Chamber and a land that can tap for mana
4. Activate Freed from the Real's last ability by paying , untapping Hope Tender
5. Repeat any number of times
