Steps

1. Pay to activate Planebound Accomplice putting Chandra, Pyrogenius onto the battlefield
2. Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Chandra, Torch of Defiance to your hand
3. +2 Chandra, Pyrogenius dealing damage to each opponent
4. Then pay to activate Planebound Accomplice once again, putting Chandra, Torch of Defiance onto the battlefield
5. Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Chandra, Pyrogenius to your hand
6. +1 Chandra adding
7. Repeat
