Steps

1. Cast Murderous Redcap by paying
2. When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 2 damage to itself
3. Murderous Redcap dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness
4. Murderous Redcap's persist ability triggers, returning itself to the battlefield from your graveyard with zero -1/-1 counters due to Solemnity
5. Repeat from step 2
