Steps

2. Return Murderous Redcap to the battlefield with the persist trigger, giving it a -1/-1 counter
3. Sacrifice Murderous Redcap to Altar of Dementia to mill target player equal to Murderous Redcap's power
4. Return Murderous Redcap to the battlefield with the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, giving it a flying counter
5. Repeat
