Prerequisites

• Jugan Defends the Temple // Remnant of the Rising Star on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Murderous Redcap on the battlefield
• Murderous Redcap does not have a -1/-1 counter on it

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Murderous Redcap, adding
2. Murderous Redcap dies, triggering its persist ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it
3. Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Remnant of the Rising Star
4. Resolve the Murderous Redcap trigger, dealing damage equal to its power to any target
5. Resolve the Remnant of the Rising Star trigger, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on Murderous Redcap
6. Repeat

• Infinite damage
• Infinite death triggers
