Prerequisites

• Folio of Fancies on the battlefield
• Smothering Tithe on the battlefield
• Clock of Omens on the battlefield
• Opponents are unable to pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger

Steps

1. Activate Folio of Fancies's first ability by paying and tapping it, causing each player to draw two cards
2. Smothering Tithe triggers, creating a Treasure token for each player who can't pay
3. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping two Treasure tokens, untapping Folio of Fancies
4. Activate four Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing those, adding four mana of any colors
5. Repeat
