• Chishiro, the Shattered Blade on the battlefield
• Crown of Flames in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Mondrak, Glory Dominus on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Crown of Flames by paying , targeting any creature you control
2. When Crown of Flames enters the battlefield, Chishiro triggers, creating two 2/2 Spirit creature tokens
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Spirits, adding
4. Activate Crown of Flames' second ability by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand
5. Repeat
