• Repercussion on the battlefield
• Spiteful Sliver on the battlefield
• Pariah's Shield on the battlefield

Steps

1. Deal damage to Spiteful Sliver
2. Spiteful Sliver and Repercussion trigger
3. Resolve the Spiteful Sliver trigger, dealing damage to an applicable target
4. Resolve the Repercussion trigger, dealing damage to Spiteful Sliver instead of you due to Pariah's Shield
5. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite damage to target player
