Prerequisites

• Fiendlash on the battlefield
• Spiteful Sliver on the battlefield
• Pariah's Shield on the battlefield

Steps

1. Deal damage to Spiteful Sliver
2. Spiteful Sliver and Fiendlash trigger
3. Resolve the Spiteful Sliver trigger, dealing damage to an applicable target
4. Resolve the Fiendlash trigger, targeting you, but dealing damage to Spiteful Sliver instead due to Pariah's Shield
5. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite damage to target player
