• Torpor Orb on the battlefield

Steps

1. Intruder Alarm's first ability prevents creatures from untapping during their controller's untap step
2. Because Torpor Orb prevents abilities from triggering whenever a creature enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm's second ability does not trigger to untap them
