Steps

1. Activate Distinguished Conjurer's ability by paying and tapping it, blinking Peregrine Drake
2. Peregrine Drake, Distinguished Conjurer, and Intruder Alarm all trigger
3. Resolve Distinguished Conjurer's trigger, causing you to gain 1 life
4. Resolve Intruder Alarm's trigger, untapping all creatures
5. Resolve Peregrine Drake's trigger, untapping five lands
6. Repeat
