• Madison Li on the battlefield
• Decoction Module on the battlefield
• Intruder Alarm on the battlefield
• Myr Battlesphere in the graveyard
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Dr Madison Li does not have summoning sickness
• You have at least five energy counters

Steps

1. Activate Dr Madison Li's third ability by tapping it and paying , returning Myr Battlesphere from your graveyard to the battlefield
2. When Myr Battlepshere enters the battlefield, it, Intruder Alarm and Decoction Module triggers
3. Resolve the Intruder Alarm trigger, untapping all creatures
4. Resolve the Decoction Module trigger, causing you to get
5. Resolve the Myr Battlesphere trigger, creating four 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens
6. When the Myrs enter the battlefield, Intruder Alarm and Decoction Module trigger four times
7. Resolve all Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures
8. Resolve all Decoction Module triggers, causing you to get
9. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Myr Battlesphere, causing target player to mill cards equal to Myr Battlesphere's power
10. Repeat
