Steps

1. Activate Tempting Licid by tapping it and paying , attaching it to Siona
2. Siona triggers, creating two Human Soldier creature tokens
3. Intruder Alarm triggers twice
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing a Human Soldier creature token, adding each time
5. Pay to end Tempting Licid's effect, making it a creture once more
6. Resolve both Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures
7. Repeat
