Steps

1. Activate a creature by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate Rakka Mar by paying and tapping it, creating a 3/1 Elemental creature token with haste
3. When the Elemental enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures
4. Repeat
