• Storm-Kiln Artist on the battlefield
• You have cast at least one instant or sorcery this turn

Steps

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Rionya triggers, creating at least two token copies of Storm-Kiln Artist with haste
2. Cast Hanabi Blast by paying
3. Each Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating at least three Treasure tokens
4. Resolve Hanabi Blast, dealing 2 damage to any target, then returning Hanabi Blast to your hand and discarding a card at random
5. Conspiracy Theorist triggers, exiling Hanabi Blast and allowing you to cast it this turn
6. Activate three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
7. Repeat from step 2
