Prerequisites

• Storvald, Frost Giant Jarl in hand or in the command zone
• Evra, Halcyon Witness on the battlefield
• Near-Death Experience on the battlefield
• Tidal Barracuda on the battlefield
• plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable available

Steps

1. On the end step prior to your turn, cast Strovald by paying and commander tax, if applicable
2. When Storvald enters the battlefield, it triggers, giving Evra base power and toughness 1/1 until end of turn
3. Activate Evra by paying , causing your life total to become one
4. At the beginning of your upkeep, Near-Death Experience triggers, causing you to win the game
