Steps

1. Cast Vizier of Many Faces by paying , choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Wispweaver Angel
2. When Vizier of Many Faces enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking Wispweaver Angel
3. When Wispweaver Angel enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking Vizier of Many Faces, with Vizier of Many Faces entering the battlefield as a copy of Wispweaver Angel
4. Repeat from step 2
