• Gyre Sage on the battlefield
• Memnarch on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cause Gyre Sage to become an artifact using Memnarch
2. Activate Gyre Sage by tapping it, adding at least
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping Gyre Sage
4. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite green mana
• Infinite untap of artifact creatures you control
