Prerequisites

• Vadrik, Astral Archmage on the battlefield
• Petals of Insight in hand
• Psychic Puppetry in hand
• Teferi's Isle on the battlefield
• Vadrik has power 4 or greater

Steps

1. Activate Teferi's Isle by tapping it, adding
2. Cast Petals of Insight by paying , and choosing to pay an additional and reveal Psychic Puppetry from your hand, adding Psychic Puppetry's effects to Petals of Insight
3. Resolve Petals of Insight, looking at the top three cards of your library, putting them on the bottom of your library, untapping Teferi's Isle, and returning Petals of Insight to your hand
4. Repeat
