• Clock of Omens on the battlefield
• Krark-Clan Ironworks on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Nuka-Cola Vending Machine by paying and tapping it, creating a Food artifact token
2. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Food and Staff of Domination, untapping Nuka-Cola Vending Machine
3. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing a Food, adding
4. Nuka-Cola Vending Machine triggers, creating two tapped Treasure tokens
5. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying , untapping it
6. Repeat
7. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Staff of Domination's other abilities
