Steps

1. Activate Prototype Portal by paying and tapping it, creating a token copy of Thieves' Tools and a Food artifact token
2. When the Thieves' Tools token enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a Treasure and a Food artifact token
3. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the two Foods, untapping Prototype Portal
4. Activate the Thieves' Tools token and the Treasure token by tapping them, adding
5. Repeat
