Steps

1. Activate Luxurious Locomotive's crew ability by tapping five creatures you control with total power 1 or greater, causing Luxurious Locomotive to become an artifact creature until end of turn
2. Declare Luxurious Locomotive as an attacker
3. Luxurious Locomotive triggers, creating at least five Treasure tokens
4. Activate Time Sieve by tapping it and sacrificing five Treasures, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
5. Repeat each turn
