Steps

1. Play Orzhov Basilica
2. Orzhov Basilica enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Tireless Provisioner
3. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand
4. Resolve the Tireless Provisioner trigger, creating two Treasure, two Clue and two Food artifact tokens due to Academy Manufactor and Exalted Sunborn
5. Activate Time Sieve by tapping it and sacrificing five of the artifact tokens, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
6. Repeat each turn
