Steps

1. Cast Priest of Gix by paying
2. Priest of Gix enters the battlefield, adding
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Priest of Gix, adding
4. Sigil of the New Dawn triggers, causing you to pay , returning Priest of Gix to hand
5. Repeat
