Prerequisites

• The Neutrinos on the battlefield
• Port Razer on the battlefield

Steps

1. Declare The Neutrinos as an attacker, triggering its ability, blinking Port Razer and causing it to enter tapped and attacking
2. Deal combat damage using Port Razer, triggering its ability, causing you to untap all creatures you control and get an additional combat phase after this one
3. Repeat each combat phase

Results

• Infinite mana creatures you control can produce
• Infinite untap of creatures you control
• Infinitely powerful creature until end of turn
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite combat damage
