Steps

1. Cast a copy of Rejoinder by paying , targeting the creature with Dual Casting attached
2. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Holding priority, activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Activate the creature with Dual Casting attached by paying and tapping it, copying Rejoinder, targeting the creature with Dual Casting attached
5. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
6. Resolve the newest copy of Rejoinder, untapping the creature with Dual Casting attached and causing you to draw a card
7. Repeat from step 3
