Steps

1. Cast Tawnos's Tinkering by paying , targeting any applicable permanent
2. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Activate the creature with Dual Casting attached by paying and tapping it, copying Tawnos's Tinkering, targeting the creature with Dual Casting attached
5. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
6. Resolve the copy of Tawnos's Tinkering, putting two +1/+1 counters on the creature with Dual Casting attached and untapping it
7. Repeat from step 3
