Steps

1. Activate Cogwork Assembler by paying , creating a token copy of Su-Chi Cave Guard with haste
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Su-Chi Cave Guard token
3. When Su-Chi Cave Guard dies, it triggers, adding eight
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Su-Chi Cave Guard's power
5. Repeat
6. Once you have infinite mana, you may repeat step 1 targeting any artifact you control
