Steps

1. Cast Devoted Grafkeeper from your graveyard for its disturb cost by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield as Departed Soulkeeper
2. Oketra's Monument triggers, creating a 1/1 Warrior creature token
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Warrior and Departed Soulkeeper, adding
4. Departed Soulkeeper is not exiled due to Humility removing its ability
5. Repeat
