• Isochron Scepter on the battlefield
• The Blackstaff of Waterdeep on the battlefield
• To Arms! in exile
• Creatures you control can tap to produce at least
• available

Steps

1. Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least
2. Activate The Blackstaff of Waterdeep by paying and tapping it, causing Isochron Scepter to become a 4/4 artifact creature
3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of To Arms! without paying its mana cost
4. Resolve To Arms!, untapping all creatures you control and causing you to draw a card
5. Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least
6. Repeat from step 3
