Prerequisites

• Elite Arcanist on the battlefield
• To Arms! in exile

Steps

1. Activate any number of creatures by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate Elite Arcanist by paying and tapping it, copying To Arms! and casting the copy without paying its mana cost
3. Resolve the copy of To Arms!, untapping all creatures you control and causing you to draw a card
4. Repeat

• Near-infinite untap of creatures you control
• Infinite card draw
• Infinite draw triggers
• Near-infinite storm count
• Near-infinite magecraft triggers
• Near-infinite mana creatures you control can produce
