• Isochron Scepter on the battlefield
• To Arms! in exile
• Vizier of Tumbling Sands on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate any number of creatures by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of To Arms! without paying its mana cost
3. Resolve the copy of To Arms!, untapping all creatures you control and causing you to draw a card
4. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, untapping Isochron Scepter
5. Repeat
6. If creatures you control can tap to produce at least , this combo nets near-infinite mana
