Prerequisites

• Guile on the battlefield
• Blood Funnel on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast the noncreature spell
2. Blood Funnel triggers; decline to sacrifice a creature and let the spell be countered
3. Guile replaces Blood Funnel's countering of the spell; exile the spell and cast it for free again
4. Blood Funnel triggers again; repeat this loop for infinite storm count
