• Xenograft on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• "Human" chosen with Xenograft
• You have a way to draw a card

Steps

1. Draw a card
2. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Insect
4. Laid to Rest triggers, causing you to draw a card
5. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token
6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Insect's power
7. Repeat from step 3

• Infinite draw
• Near-infinite death triggers
