Prerequisites

• Chulane, Teller of Tales on the battlefield
• Sage of Hours on the battlefield
• Altered Ego in hand
• Chulane does not have summoning sickness
• each turn available

Steps

1. Cast Altered Ego by paying
2. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and allowing you to put a land onto the battlefield from your hand
3. Resolve Altered Ego, causing it to enter the battlefield as a copy of Sage of Hours with five +1/+1 counters on it
4. Activate Altered Ego by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
5. Activate Chulane by paying and tapping it, returning Altered Ego to your hand from the battlefield
6. Repeat each turn
