Steps

1. Cast Welding Jar by paying its mana cost
2. When Welding Jar enters, Builder's Talent's second ability triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Welding Jar by sacrificing it
4. Resolve the Builder's Talent trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness
5. Evolution Witness triggers, returning Welding Jar from your graveyard to your hand
6. Repeat
