Steps

1. Pay to activate Planebound Accomplice putting Chandra, Heart of Fire onto the battlefield
2. Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Chandra, Novice Pyromancer to your hand
3. +1 Chandra, Heart of Fire targeting an opponent
4. Then pay to activate Planebound Accomplice once again, putting Chandra, Novice Pyromancer onto the battlefield
5. Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Chandra, Heart of Fire to your hand
6. -1 Chandra adding
7. Repeat
